| About: | Anna MacKenzie is in her final year, studying Ecology and Conservation at the University of St Andrews. She has also spent a year studying Wildlife Management in Tanzania. She has travelled independently trough Morocco, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Uganda and is now waiting for an opportunity to explore the rest of Africa. As a committee member of ExpAnd she hopes to gain more experience about planning group expeditions so that one day she may lead her own expedition. |

One of the men she admires is Heinrich Harrer, an Australian explorer and mountaineer who wrote “Seven Years in Tibet”. She is also interested in Sustainable development strategies, especially in terms of energy consumption. |
